Bond Versus Greene At Perla De Las Dunas

Bond (Daniel Craig) faces off against Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric) in the burning Perla de las Dunas hotel in Quantum Of Solace (2008). Special effects coordinator Chris Corbould said: “We did many explosion, fire and collapsing-ceiling tests prior to filming. Both Daniel and Olga (Kurylenko) were involved in the tests so they were able to feel the heat intensity and get confident with the flames which allowed them to concentrate on their performance rather than being distracted by the special effects.”
