For the first time in Australia, the deadly bowler hat used by Oddjob in GOLDFINGER has been unveiled at the Melbourne Museum. This iconic piece of film history forms part of the international exhibition Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style which runs from 1 November 2013 to 23 February 2014.

Oddjob’s hat will be displayed in the ‘Gold’ section alongside a recreation of the gold-painted body of Jill Masterson from GOLDFINGER and Scaramanga’s gun from THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN. Other items on display in the exhibition include Roger Moore’s white tuxedo from OCTOPUSSY, the spacesuit from MOONRAKER, the orange bikini worn by Halle Berry in DIE ANOTHER DAY and Daniel Craig’s blue trunks from CASINO ROYALE.
