Operation Gratitude, the care package initiative for active US soldiers overseas, has partnered with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Twentieth Century Fox to create Operation SKYFALL.
Beginning at 10am, February 12th at the Army National Guard armoury in Van Nuys, California, volunteers will assemble up to 7,000 SKYFALL branded care packages. The packages will include items such as toiletries and a DVD copy of SKYFALL.
“Operation Gratitude has been supporting our servicemen and women for 10 years and this partnership was a great opportunity to provide some much needed entertainment that our military heroes greatly enjoy,” said Operation Gratitude founder Carolyn Blashek.
Bond fans in Southern California are encouraged to come out and support Operation SKYFALL by helping assemble the packages on the morning of February 12th in Van Nuys.
